Project SEARCH Ohio | University of Toledo is a unique and business-led one-year transition-to-work program that provides young people with significant disabilities the opportunity to make successful transitions to productive adult life. The program takes place entirely at the workplace, and works to provide meaningful job experiences, as well as to develop job-seeking and job-keeping skills. Utilizing an evidence-based, systems-wide approach, Project SEARCH Ohio | University of Toledo focuses on helping youth with disabilities make the successful transition from school to work. Our program helps to bridge the gap between education and employment, allowing individuals to gain the skills and confidence they need to achieve their career goals.
