Project SEARCH Ohio | West Chester Hospital (UC Health) is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that is dedicated to helping young people with significant disabilities transition to productive adult life. Our program takes place entirely at the workplace, and provides the necessary job skills and confidence to assist in the transition. We are committed to providing the best possible support for all participants and collaborating with our business partners to create a successful and enriching experience. Our goal is to provide each individual with the tools and resources needed to transition to adult life with confidence and success.
