Project SEARCH Ohio | Westfield Group is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program designed to help young people with disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. Our program operates entirely in the workplace, and is committed to providing the necessary job training and resources to ensure successful transitions. Through our program, we strive to build strong relationships with employers, providing a supportive network for our participants. Our goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment for our participants, enabling them to gain the skills and experiences that will help them secure employment and ultimately lead to successful, independent lives. We are dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for our participants and look forward to helping them achieve their goals.
