RAMP Center for Independent Living – DeKalb is committed to providing advocacy and independent living services for persons with disabilities to support them in remaining independent in their own homes in the community. We are the only Center for Independent Living that serves Boone, DeKalb, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties, and we are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live with autonomy, independence, and dignity. With our comprehensive services, we help those with disabilities achieve their goals and lead self-determined lives.
