Attorney Hajosy graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Texas State University in 1994, with a B.A. in Psychology, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1998. She is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and Utah, and is an accredited Veteran Affairs Claims Attorney (VACA) and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). In addition, Attorney Hajosy was the President Elect of the Connecticut chapter of NAELA in 2017, is on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is on the West Hartford Advisory Commission for Persons with Disabilities. She is also a longtime professor at the University of Hartford, where she taught Probate Practice and Elder Law, and ran the University of Hartford and Greater Hartford Legal Aid Estate Document Clinic for Low Income Seniors until 2019. Attorney Hajosy is an experienced and knowledgeable speaker, offering seminars and courses on all topics within her practice areas. At Rebecca A.
