Rebecca L. Berg is the founding partner of Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC, a Jacksonville, Florida-based elder and disability law firm. With more than 35 years of law experience, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a charter class attorney certified by the National Elder Law Foundation, and board-certified in Elder Law through The Florida Bar. Rebecca focuses her law practice on elder and disability law issues, providing legal services for estate planning, probate, long-term care planning, guardianship, and special needs trust development and administration. She obtained her law degree from the University of Florida, served as the past chair of The Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section, and is currently the chair of the Board of Aging True, Community Services for Seniors. Additionally, Rebecca is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, an invitation-only association of national attorneys.
