The Recreation Council of Greater St. Louis, a not-for-profit 501c3 organization, is committed to providing leisure activities and programs for individuals with special needs in the Missouri Counties of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County. Established in 1983, our organization is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities gain independence, have fun, socialize, and explore their life’s passion. We provide more than just funding and information – we provide the opportunity for them to make friends and participate in activities without expectation or comparison. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy life and we are proud to offer these individuals the chance to do so.
