The Regional Office of Education proudly serves Carroll, Jo Daviess, and Stephenson Counties in Illinois. We offer a variety of services, including Youth & Family Programs, Educators Licensure, and additional services such as the Esther Hutmacher Parriott Scholarship, Freedom of Information Act, High School Equivalency/GED, Homeschooling Information, Work Permits, Pearson VUE Testing Center, and School Bus Training. Our Youth & Family Programs include Child and Family Connections#3, Elevate-Stephenson Youth Program, Family TIES, Parent Enrichment Program, Homeless Education, JDC CTE Academy, Early Learning Academy Program, Regional Alternative Program, and Truants Alternative Program.
