At REM Iowa | Waterloo Community Services, we have been providing quality services to adults and children with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and other complex challenges since 1979. Our services also include programs for adults with brain injuries, like residential services and day and vocational programs. In addition, we oversee the operation of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) for Blackhawk county. Our primary diagnoses typically include Mental Retardation or Brain Injury, as well as secondary diagnoses like Autism, Schizophrenia, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
