Resources for Human Development (RHD) provides a unique Lifesharing program that offers a community-based residential setting, unlicensed home community habilitation, and respite services to people with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or autism. Through RHD’s Lifesharing program, carefully matched individuals are welcomed into host families’ homes and receive life experiences and guidance. RHD provides Lifesharing providers with extensive support, training and oversight to ensure the individual in service is empowered through the development of skills and coordination of resources in accordance with person-centered practices. As the leading provider of community-based, family-oriented homes, RHD’s Lifesharing program is committed to helping individuals reach their full potential and lead a meaningful life.
