He has trained in Munich, Bavaria and was a former lecturer of developmental psychology and autism at the University of Michigan. Dr. Howlin provides ongoing trainings in child and adolescent psychology in Europe and the United States and is a consultant for the Hillingdon School for Autism in London. His clinical practice is located in Chelsea, Michigan, and he is former vice president of the Michigan Society for Asperger Syndrome.
