Founded in Howard County, Maryland, Richcroft opened eight homes providing support to 24 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since then, the company has expanded its offerings to Carroll, Harford, and Baltimore Counties and now provides personal support services, Supported Living services, and Shared Living Supports – an alternative to traditional group home settings. Led by CEO Kevin Drumheller, Richcroft is committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential.
