Founded in 1987, RISE has provided practical, professional, and personal growth opportunities for children, adults, and their families. With their innovative approach, they are dedicated to transforming the lives of the individuals and families they serve through the delivery of person-centered services. Their services have expanded from moving individuals living in institutions to family settings into supporting adults and children with highly diverse support needs in a wide variety of homes and community-based settings. They support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential services, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home or community-based services. They also support both children and families with services such as foster care, professional parenting, adoption, kinship care, after-school and summer programs, behavior supports, and mental health services. Their Early Intervention Services are for children under the age of three with a significant developmental delay or established condition and include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Developmental Specialties. RISE provides services that support children, adults, and families throughout Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, Oregon, and Utah.
