Rockdale Therapeutic Recreation (RTR) is a service of Rockdale County’s Department of Recreation and Maintenance. Our mission is to provide adapted social and recreational programs and services to people with disabilities of all ages, while also collaborating and cooperating with other community agencies to promote broad-based recreation activities and training programs. We strive to promote community integration and inclusion for people with disabilities. We are committed to providing quality, accessible recreation opportunities that enrich the lives of our participants.
