Rolling Thunder Special Needs Program, Inc. (RTSNP) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing an inclusive running experience for all athletes. Founded in 1998 by Steve Cuomo, RTSNP is the first of its kind in the USA, offering challenged individuals the chance to take part in mainstream running, walking, or wheelchair racing of all levels. As a member of USA Track field in each chapter’s location, Rolling Thunder strives to create a safe and encouraging environment that enables all athletes to reach their potential.
