Rose of Sharon Equestrian School, Inc. is a unique facility located 20 miles northeast of Baltimore that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to develop basic horsemanship and stable management skills in a therapeutic environment. Our accessible (ADA-compliant) stable has been designed to be a place of refuge from the challenges associated with living with a disability, offering restorative potential to impart a sense of peace and renewed strength to students, their families and caregivers, instructors, and volunteers.
