Routt Family Services is a private, not-for-profit agency providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in five counties in Northwest Colorado. We specialize in therapy, supervised living programs, work training programs, building community support, and supporting families. Our service coordinators assist families in identifying and accessing the services they need, and we provide developmental screenings and early intervention services for children birth to three. Additionally, we offer family support services, including financial assistance for families with special needs. For adults, we offer service coordination, group home and semi-independent apartment programs, supported living services, day program, vocational services, and family support.
