Visiting Nurse Hospice of Litchfield County is a voluntary non-profit organization providing home health, hospice and preventive care to residents of Litchfield County and beyond. Established in 1904 by the joining of forces of Foothills Visiting Nurse and Home Care (Est. 1922), VNA Northwest (Est. 1928) and Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association, our mission is to provide 24/7 care for our patients. We are licensed and certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health and Medicare and are governed by a Board of Directors representing the towns we primarily serve.
