Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is a non-profit organization based in Dearborn Heights, MI that provides comprehensive supports and services to individuals with disabilities and other mental health needs in Wayne County. Our services include supported employment, vocational skill building, independent living skills, and support coordination. Additionally, we offer a variety of transitional programs, including school-to-work programs, to high school students. Here at STEP, we strive to promote independence and self-sufficiency in each individual we serve.
