Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services and supports to persons with disabilities and other mental health needs in Wayne County, Michigan. Our comprehensive support programs include supported employment, vocational skill building, and independent living skill development. We also offer specialized transitional programs for high school students, such as school-to-work programs, through our Progressive Arts Studio Collective (PASC) Southgate Studio. Our goal is to assist individuals in reaching their full potential and achieving their desired level of independence.
