Shannon Hayes Buescher, MS, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist who attended Buffalo State College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, followed by a Masters in Nutrition and Physical Performance Degree from Saint Louis University. Unlike the “average” dietitian, Shannon is a nutritional counselor who helps her clients optimize their self-discovery and healing processes while creating a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Shannon helps them look beyond the surface to explore the emotions associated with the excess or lack of food, as well as the way they prioritize food and themselves in their lives. She encourages her clients to use kinder, more loving and self-honoring language when it comes to food and themselves.
