Shelby Guptill RD, LD

Shelby Guptill RD LD is a registered and licensed dietitian practicing in New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship with a focus in nutrition education and counseling. With extensive training in integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy, Shelby’s approach to patient care takes into account all aspects of well-being, recognizing the individuality of each patient. She believes that proper nutrition, mindset and self-care are essential for the body’s restorative power. Shelby specializes in women’s health, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, nutrition therapy for thyroid health, mindful and intuitive eating, micronutrient and energy deficiencies, digestive disorders, food intolerance and family eating dynamics. Many insurance providers, such as Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United, cover nutrition counseling services and Shelby is an in-network provider for all of these.
