At Sierra School of Solano County, we are dedicated to helping students who have not been successful in mainstream education due to learning and behavior challenges. Our programs are tailored to focus on each student’s individual learning strengths and needs, utilizing personalized academic interventions and tutorial instruction. We also provide vocational training through modern technology on site, as well as monitored work experiences off site. Additionally, we employ positive behavior modification and mental health techniques with the goal of increasing academic abilities, developing social skills, and fostering proper classroom behavior. Our mission is to expedite the transition of students back to the public school system and into the community, enabling them to gain confidence and competence. We are proud to provide a successful experience for every student, ultimately leading to greater success in their lives.
