Established in 1997, Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) is an internationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to autism research, education, evidence-based treatment, and community outreach. SARRC is one of the few organizations in the world that provides a lifetime of services for individuals and their families while also conducting cutting edge research. We have an 18,000-square-foot Campus for Exceptional Children and a 10,000-square-foot Colonel Harland D. Sanders Center for Autism Studies and Vocational & Life Skills Academy, which serve as models for similar research and resource facilities. SARRC is an entrepreneurial nonprofit, with less than three percent of annual revenue coming from state and federal funding. Our mission is to create a world where individuals with autism and other disabilities realize their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
