Special Needs Family Planning LLC is a unique special needs wealth management, estate planning and insurance advisory firm dedicated to advocating, streamlining, and coordinating person-centered strategies for successful financial outcomes. Led by Stuart Flaum, ChSNC, who has over 20 years of experience in the field, Special Needs Family Planning LLC takes pride in connecting with the aspirations of people with disabilities and their families, communicating self-determined and actionable special needs strategies through the coordination of government benefits, social services, financial planning, and personal responsibility. In addition, Stuart is the president of Stuart Flaum Consulting LLC, a benefits advisory firm for people with disabilities and their families, and serves on the New York State Developmental Disabilities Council, National Autism Association Metro NY, and Devereux Glenholme School in Washington, Connecticut. Stuart holds a BA from Hobart College and is a Chartered Special Needs Consultant from the American College. He is also a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and lives in Brooklyn with his wife Candia, a real estate broker who has dedicated part of her practice to housing strategies for special needs families in NYC.
