Special Olympics Arkansas – Booneville is a program dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition to all children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to give these individuals the opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and enjoy a sense of community with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community. We are supported by individual donations, private and corporate sponsorships, state appropriation, grants, and special fundraising events – all of which enable us to provide our athletes with training, equipment and competition free of charge. Join us in our mission today and help make a positive difference in the lives of those with intellectual disabilities.
