Special Olympics Arkansas – Paragould is dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our program is supported by individual donations, private and corporate sponsorships, state appropriation, grants, and special fundraising events, ensuring that our athletes can participate in training, receive the necessary equipment, and compete without incurring any cost. We strive to give our athletes opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and foster relationships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
