Special Olympics Arkansas – Van Buren is dedicated to providing sports training and athletic competition for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to give them the opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and share gifts, skills, and friendships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community. To support our program, we rely on individual donations, private and corporate sponsorships, state appropriation, grants, and special fundraising events. Your financial support helps us offer our athletes training, equipment, and competition free of charge.
