Special Olympics Michigan- Area 22 is dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our athletes develop physical fitness, courage, and joy while learning to share their gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, coaches, and the community. Through generous donations from Michigan citizens and businesses, we are able to offer our program at no cost to the athletes and their families. Our volunteers, coaches, and staff are dedicated to helping our athletes reach their goals and pursue their dreams.
