Special Olympics Michigan- Area 28 is committed to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our athletes demonstrate courage, develop physical fitness and experience joy as they share their gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, fellow athletes, and the community. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, coaches, family members, and staff, we are able to help our athletes achieve their dreams. Our program is funded through donations from Michigan citizens and businesses, and we are thankful for their support.
