Special Olympics Michigan- Area 3 is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for people of all ages with intellectual disabilities. Our athletes develop physical fitness, courage, and joy while participating in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship amongst their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community. With the help of our volunteers, coaches, family members, and staff, our athletes realize their dreams and goals. We are grateful for the donations from Michigan citizens and businesses that help fund our program and enable us to provide these life-changing opportunities.
