Special Olympics Nebraska is a non-profit organization that transforms the lives of 7,500+ individuals with and without disabilities through sports, health and education. Our mission is to give them the opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and build relationships with their peers, families and community. We strive to end discrimination and fear and create a future of justice and joy. With our Olympic-style sports training, athletes have the opportunity to participate in year-round athletic competition and share their gifts, skills and friendship.
