At Special Olympics New Hampshire, we are committed to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our core mission is to create a better world through the power of sports, helping people with intellectual disabilities discover new strengths, abilities, skills, and find success in their lives. We strive to reach out to the up to 40,000 people with intellectual disabilities in New Hampshire through trainings, competitions, health screenings, and fundraising events. We also create opportunities for families, community members, businesses, law enforcement, celebrities, dignitaries, and more to come together and make a positive impact on the athletes. Special Olympics New Hampshire is dedicated to fostering the acceptance and inclusion of all people and giving athletes the chance to demonstrate courage, experience joy, and share their gifts, skills, and friendship with their communities.
