At Special Olympics Pennsylvania – Jefferson County, our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to take part in Olympic-style sports training and competition. Our goal is to provide athletes with the opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and build relationships with their families, fellow Special Olympics athletes, and the community. We are passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment for all athletes to participate in and exercise their skills while having fun. Our top priority is to give each athlete the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and experience the joy of success.
