At Special Olympics Pennsylvania – Northampton, our mission is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We are committed to helping our athletes develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage and experience joy, while providing an opportunity for them to share their gifts, skills and friendship with their families, fellow Special Olympics athletes, and the community as a whole. Our goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment that will foster growth and allow our athletes to reach their fullest potential.
