We at Special Olympics Texas – Beaumont are dedicated to providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to give them the opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience joy while participating in a variety of Olympic-type sports. We also strive to create a sense of community through the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community at large. Our goal is to ensure that all participants experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.
