St. Mary’s County Infants and Toddlers is a family-focused, community-based program dedicated to helping children aged birth to three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Our interagency program is jointly administered by The St. Mary’s County Health Department, The St. Mary’s County Public Schools, and the St. Mary’s County Department of Social Services. We provide services based on an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), created and determined by our early intervention team. Our team is here to help families across St. Mary’s County get the support and resources they need for their young children with disabilities.
