Steve Doran, PT, DPT, a renowned physical therapist with over 20 years of experience, is the founder of Steve Doran Physical Therapy. With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cedarville University, Steve has extensive therapy experience in outpatient orthopedics, early intervention, and aquatic therapy. In the summer of 2015, Steve and his wife, Alyssa, pioneered paddle boarding aquatic therapy at the lake. His clinical interests include improving motor skills and facilitating independent walking. He has been honored with the Autism Hero Award in 2008 and 2009, as well as receiving the Best of Gwinnett Award for PT in 2009 and 2010. Steve currently resides in Dacula, Georgia with his wife, Heather, and their three children.
