At Stevens Treatment Programs, we understand how important it is to help children with autism and other communication difficulties learn how to effectively communicate. Our speech therapy program is designed to provide children with the necessary tools to improve their language development, social communication and body language skills. With early intervention, we can help children develop the confidence to express themselves and become more independent. If you are unsure if your child needs speech therapy, our complete guide can help you understand the signs and determine if your child would benefit from speech therapy.
At Stevens Treatment Programs, we understand how important it is for your child to communicate effectively with others. Our speech therapy services aim to help your child develop the skills they need to do this, such as nonverbal skills, forming speech in a clearer way, communicating thoughts and feelings, understanding and responding to questions, discerning facial expressions and body language, and more. We also provide assistance with feeding and swallowing, as well as stuttering. Our experienced speech therapists are committed to helping your child reach their communication goals.
