Strong Start DC Early Intervention Program (DCEIP) is a comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary system that provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays and their families. Our services are mandated by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C, and District of Columbia Public Law 1-2-119, and are designed to be flexible, culturally responsive, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and family. With our early intervention program, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of infants and toddlers with disabilities.
