The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers, Inc. has been providing support for families with low birth weight infants since 1988. We were selected by Allegheny County to serve as the Early Intervention Service Coordination Agency in 1992. Our services are available for families of children from birth to three years of age in Allegheny County who have developmental concerns. We make it our mission to provide the highest quality of care to families, making sure they have access to the resources they need to help their children thrive.
