The Arc Jacksonville Pooled Trust is a special needs trust created to manage funds for supplemental needs for individuals with disabilities during their entire life. Our trust is designed to ensure that beneficiaries can receive funds without compromising public support such as Medicaid, Medicaid Waivers, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and certain other benefits available through the state of Florida. Through our trust, individuals with disabilities can deposit money from an inheritance or insurance settlement into a pooled trust without jeopardizing their benefits.
