The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is dedicated to providing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community with the tools to empower, inspire, and educate. Our mission is to create an environment where those with disabilities are given the opportunity to reach their full potential and to foster an inclusive community. We strive to provide resources that support growth, opportunity, and a sense of belonging. With our specialized services, we aim to create an environment that encourages and celebrates the unique gifts each individual has to offer. CPARC is here to help create a brighter future for all.
