The Arc of Frederick County, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality services and support to individuals and families living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We strive to guarantee them the same rights and opportunities enjoyed by other citizens, assisting them in exercising their right to be contributing members of society, receive quality education, obtain gainful employment, live in desirable homes, form meaningful relationships, and direct their own lives. Our services are tailored according to the individual’s and family’s needs and are driven by their own choices.
