Founded in 1952, we are a local chapter of The Arc of Maryland and The Arc of The United States, the world’s largest volunteer organization for people with developmental disabilities. We work to provide personalized programs based on individual needs and preferences, helping those we serve achieve their goals and expand their horizons.
