The Arc of Weld County (AWC) is an advocacy organization that protects the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Weld County and six northeastern counties – Morgan, Logan, Sedgwick, Phillips, Washington, and Yuma. We offer three forms of advocacy services: no-fee individual advocacy, community outreach programs such as events, training, and education, and systems (legislative) advocacy. Our programs are designed to safeguard the rights of those with disabilities, provide them with choice, and promote their independence and inclusion in the community. With our help, individuals can gain access to the resources they need to live, work, and thrive.
