The Guidance Center is a Center For Excellence committed to strengthening families and changing lives since 1958. For over five decades, The Guidance Center has partnered with local communities and schools to provide mental health services and support to adults, children, and families in southeast Michigan. Our mission to help those in need was born out of a collaborative effort by concerned citizens and educators in the area who recognized the need for mental health services. Since then, The Guidance Center has worked together to meet the needs of those in our community.
