The Guidance Center has been dedicated to strengthening families and transforming lives since 1958. Our agency has maintained a strong relationship with our local communities and schools to provide mental health services, juvenile justice, diversion and prevention programs for adults and children in southeast Michigan. We were founded by a group of concerned residents and educators who recognized the need for mental health services in the area. For the past five decades, we have worked together to respond to the needs of our community. Our mission is to provide quality care and support to those in need.
