The Longstreet Clinic (TLC) is a primary care and multi-specialty practice based in Gainesville, Georgia. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care to our patients in convenient locations across northeast Georgia. Our fully-integrated, multi-disciplinary approach ensures the most appropriate and cost-effective services are provided in a caring and compassionate manner. Established in 1995 from a merger of eight single specialty practices, TLC has grown to become one of the largest independent group practices in the state. We have consistently ranked among the Top Physician Group Practices in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Book of Lists.”
