The P.L.A.Y Project, led by Sara Huvaere, is an Educational Specialist providing consultation and advocacy services to families, as well as support and training to professionals. Sara has over two decades of experience in Early Intervention, Early Education, Special Education, and Autism Spectrum Disorders, and is a certified Special Education Teacher with three endorsements and a Masters of Education. She is also a Licensed PLAY Project® Consultant and Provider, as well as a Teaching PLAY Consultant, trained directly by its founder, Dr. Richard Solomon M.D. Her services include parent-implemented interventions from the Floortime/ DIR model to help families build relationships with their child through PLAY, as well as global training and supervision for professionals seeking PLAY Project and Teaching PLAY Certification.
